Supplied Quotation Terms & Conditions

• The supplied quotation confirms that at this time we have accommodation facilities to meet your needs.
• Rates are valid for 5 days and subject to availability.
• While a quotation is supplied, we do not hold any rooms. To avoid disappointment, we suggest you confirm your booking as soon as possible.
• Any supplied parking rates in the quotation are subject to change at the discretion of the parking site manager and are a guide only.

Rate Package and Service Inclusions:

• Minimum 14 Night Stay
• Internet (1GB per day, data given upfront)
• Weekly Housekeeping Service when staying 8 or more nights

Booking Conditions:

• Free cancellation until 14:00 (local time) 3 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations inside 3 days of arrival or early departure, will be charged 2 nights’ fee.
• A reservation is guaranteed with a valid credit or debit card.
• 2 weeks accommodation to be prepaid on arrival, if without chargeback. Remaining balance to be settled in advance with weekly payments.
• Rates subject to minimum night stay requirements, changes to length of stay may require rate change.

All amounts are in local currency. Payments made by credit card may incur an additional surcharge. Should you wish to pay via EFT please contact our reservations team and please note that payment must be received by us 7 days prior to arrival.
Credit, debit and prepaid cards are accepted to buy goods and services. A credit card authorisation (pre-auth) or imprint will be required at time of check in to cover any miscellaneous charges. In addition, an acceptable form of photographic identification will need to be produced at the resort in the name of the credit card provided.
