First two weeks accommodation will be charged on arrival, unless charge back has been authorised. If Direct Deposit is authorised, payment must be received and cleared in our account 7 days prior to arrival.
Future payments will be made in advance either weekly or fortnightly at the reception desk, unless otherwise stated by the property.
Please note that all amounts shown by the property on our confirmation and registration card are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Credit card payments relating to hotels in Australia & New Zealand incur a credit card surcharge fee of up to 1.5%.

Inside 72 hours prior to the arrival date will incur a fee of 2 night’s accommodation.
Whilst in-house, you need to provide 72 hours’ notice, or it will incur a fee of 2 nights’ accommodation.
For any stays that fall below the min 14+ nights, the rate will revert to the best available rate for any stayed nights.
For 28+ night stays that fall under 28 nights but over 14, the 14-27 nightly rate will be applied.
For 90+ night stays that fall under 90 nights but over 28, the 28 nightly rate and an additional two-week surcharge will be applied.

The enclosed detailed quotation confirms that at this time we have accommodation facilities to meet your needs. Rates are valid for 5 days and subject to availability. Please also note, we are currently not holding any rooms for your enquiry. To avoid disappointment, we suggest you confirm your booking as soon as possible.
Should this stay shorten or extend, the average rate is subject to change.
An additional credit card pre-authorisation or bond may be required to complete the check-in process for incidentals.
